Ok, I'm not really that egotistical, but to want to be a professional writer, musician, or entertainer in general, you have to have a certain ego to makes you think people will want to spend their hard-earned moolah on something that you created.
That being said, here is a writing update. Hopefully these will number somewhere in the area of plenty. I try to write for at least an hour everday, and I usually do so on my lunch break. I have this cool little think called an Alphasmart Neo. It's basically a portable word processing program with a full-sized keyboard.
Like I was saying...a writing update. I am still developing my process for writing scripts, and the current incarnation of my process seems to be working pretty well. I am working on a five page script for a writing contest being put on by Viper Comics. The rules stipulate that I can use any comic character I choose. So obviously I chose the character that is basically me...The Punisher. Well...that's not entirely accurate seeing as I've never killed, maimed, or generally disfigured anybody, but I do have kids, and when they are naughty they get punished. So there!
Apparently I am prone to ranting. On to the promised writing update. I tried doing a more detailed outline of the script (I start the process by writing the story in prose form then I break it down afterwards) I think the detailed (panel by panel) outline will make the writing process go much more smoothly.
Okay, first blog post done. Good night.

So, how's the writing coming along? I hope you're writing more than you're blogging.
